• Made the padding size for article-content smaller for beauty.

Timestamps:

• Fixed timestamp formatting to display a much prettier version of the time on posts.

• Fixed problem where timestamps on new posts were defaulted to the webserver start time.

Highlights/Announcements:

• Fixed problem where only announcements shown as posts on the current page display in the 'Announcements' container.
